Play puzzles, be kind to other players, don't cheat or break things, and respect our content. We provide Puzzlr as-is and reserve the right to update these terms.
1. Agreement
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Puzzlr regarding your use of our apps, websites, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password safe. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
One person, one account. Don't share, sell, or transfer your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Cheat, use bots, scripts, or any automation to play, score, or climb leaderboards
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service
- Interfere with the Service, attack our infrastructure, or probe for vulnerabilities without permission
- Use Puzzlr to harass, threaten, or impersonate others
- Submit display names or content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable
- Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission
4. Content and intellectual property
All puzzles, designs, code, artwork, and branding in Puzzlr are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own enjoyment.
You retain ownership of anything you create (e.g. a display name). By submitting content, you grant us a license to display it in the Service.
5. Premium and purchases
Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices, billing terms, and renewal behavior are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Refunds are handled per the policy of your purchase platform (App Store, Play Store, or web). Where required by law, you also have a statutory right to cancel.
6. Updates and changes
We're always improving Puzzlr. We may add, change, or remove features at any time. We may also update these Terms — when we make material changes, we'll notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your activity puts the Service or other players at risk. You can close your account anytime from Settings → Account → Delete, or via our Data Deletion page.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties — express or implied — including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Puzzlr and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service won't exceed the greater of (a) what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 50.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Puzzlr is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless your local consumer-protection laws require otherwise.
