This is permanent. Once we process your request, your account, streaks, achievements, and game progress are gone for good. You won't be able to recover them.
Option 1 — From inside the app
The fastest way. You stay in control the whole time.
- Open Puzzlr on your phone and make sure you're signed in.
- Go to Settings from the Me tab in the bottom bar.
- Tap Account → Delete account, then confirm with your password.
- You'll receive a confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
Option 2 — By email
If you can't access the app — for example, you've already uninstalled it or lost access to your account — send us a deletion request.
Use the subject line "Delete my account" and include the email address connected to your Puzzlr account so we can verify your identity.

We delete everything tied to your identity. A few non-identifying items may stick around for legal or operational reasons.
- Your account, email, and display name
- Password hash and any auth tokens
- All puzzle progress and game state
- Streaks, scores, and achievements
- Leaderboard entries linked to you
- Settings and preferences
- Support emails and conversations
- Anonymous, aggregated analytics with no link to you
- Billing records we're legally required to keep
- Backups, until they roll over (within 30 days)
- Logs needed to detect fraud or abuse (90 days max)
How long it takes
Deletion happens within 30 days of your request. We'll email you when the process is finished. Backups containing your data are overwritten within the same window.
