How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email. We'll send a reset link that's valid for 30 minutes. Didn't get it? Check spam, or email support@puzzlr.app.

My streak broke — can you restore it?

We grant one streak restore per 30 days, free of charge. Open Settings → Streak within 48 hours of the break, or email support with your account email and the date you missed.

How do I sync progress across devices?

Sign in with the same account on each device. Progress, streaks, and achievements sync automatically over the network. You can force a sync from Settings → Account → Sync now.

Why are my leaderboard scores missing?

Leaderboards refresh every few minutes. If a score is missing after an hour, it usually means the round ended in offline mode and hasn't synced — open the app while online and pull to refresh the home screen.

Can I play Puzzlr offline?

Yes. Puzzle Levels, Sudoku, Wordflow, and Wordtrail all have offline modes. Daily Puzzle and Leaderboards require a connection. Anything you play offline syncs the next time you're online.

How do I cancel a subscription?

Manage subscriptions through the store you purchased from — App Store, Google Play, or our website. Open Settings → Subscription and tap Manage to jump straight to the right page.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings → Account → Delete account, or visit our Data Deletion page. All your personal data is removed within 30 days.

I found a bug. How do I report it?

Email support@puzzlr.app with a screenshot, the device and OS you're on, and the steps to reproduce. Detailed reports get fixed faster — thank you for helping us improve.
